The
Texas POS help desk is always waiting to help you out when you have
a question or need technical assistance with your Aloha system.
You
can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speak with any of
our support technicians.
When
you call us Mon. – Fri. 7am – 7pm you get to talk to
a real person. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help, our support
staff has been recognized and commended by many local independent
restaurants as well as nationwide chains.

| Weekend
and after hours calls are handled through an automated paging system
– Just call 713-896-0187 Press 1 for service and leave your
name, restaurant, phone or contact information and a brief description
of the problem. A service technician will then be notified via pager
and will return your call within minutes. There are always three technicians
standing by to take your calls. Most support calls can be handled
and resolved over the phone. This service allows store managers to
call us for operational questions as well as emergency help 24 x 7.
If the support requires onsite service, we can usually dispatch a
technician immediately, and be onsite within 2 hours (depending on
travel time and distance).
