Schulze's Bar-B-Que is everything good about Texas barbecue.  Alvin Schulze, the owner of Schulze's Bar-B-Que, has been in the restaurant business for 43 years, and all of his children have been raised doing the same.  He started out owning a Dairy Queen in El Campo, TX, and then moved to Rosenberg and in the Bar-B-Que business.  Schulze's serves up tender brisket, ribs, and links (slow smoked over pecan wood).  With a variety of dinners and sides to choose from, and succulent homemade desserts, Schulze's is sure to have something on the Menu to please everyone.  Take Out Paks and Catering are also available.
